LOL they're not really moving textures-- I just use panning on the textures on sony vegas to make them move :'D

A lot of these textures I use are downloaded from deviantart-- I don't remember their names, sorry... It had "sanami" in it? But anyways-- just search up sparkles+ textures or something in the resource section? Sorry if I can't be more helpful than this ;___;
