  • Sounds a lot better if you play each little rift with down strokes at the end instead of up, though up strokes are easier.

    MrKiplin does: D D(Muted) U U U D,

    sounds a lot better as: D U D(Muted) U D (pause) D U D(muted)

if ya have a question let me know ill try to explain better lol.

  • Comment removed

  • @tessamaerandomism A# and B flat are the same chord

  • @starkalark Haha- yeah.. I eventually figured it out. :D

  • @starkalark yeah but there is no such thing as a flat on the guitar

  • Could have sworn berkeley was in California, and if you started playing 17 years ogo what would that make you? over 30 and still havn't finished college. You've been playing with somthing for 17 years alright , but it wasn't a guitar. This is a good lesson. If you wan't to learn it so it's perfict buy the fucking book asshole. I'm sure this video has helped alot of people.

  • Look it up, while there is one in California, there's one in Boston too. I am now 21. Who said I was 13? Nice try though.

  • i think you do not have any idea of playin guitar...but nice idea..

  • Thanks!!

  • Thanks Man!!

  • I WiSH YOU'D LIVE IN AUSTRIA AND BE MY GUITAR TEACHER :D i love your videos, totally easy to understand and because of your very sympathic way it is a pleasure to watch them!

    Greetings from austria ;)

  • you know marry popins

  • how could you be mean to this guy

  • What a pleasent fella

  • its too fast....

  • thats why you can pause and go backwards just look at the diagram of each note all the same shape except the a shape

  • He is very helpful. You could not be an ass and actually say it as advice instead of just giving attitude. It doesnt matter if he is a beginner anyway, and I bet you have made some mistakes as well. Ultimate guitar is wrong much more often regardless.

  • ultimate-guitar sucks ass most tab sites do cause 90% of the people are morons and cant tab worth shit stay a way from tabs and learn to read music quit being lazy people it only takes a few days of using something called a brain to learn the basics its not hard to do

  • your obviously a beginner if you don't think this is a good lesson fuckface

  • Obviously I'm a beginner. Obviously I'm a "fuckface". You're so perceptive. I've been playing for 17 years, currently I am a Junior at Berkeley College in Boston. I've had a LOT of experience playing guitar, I could play circles around you. I also know a good lessons when I see one, and I see none here.

  • What does someone who has been playing guitar for 17 years need a lesson for? You'd think that you could play anything by ear if you had been playing for that long. so i guess you just ignorant

  • I don't need a lesson, and I did learn this by ear. I'm not allowed to explore youtube? You are the ignorant one, falsely accusing people of things when you have no idea what you're talking about.

  • No man, your not allowed to explore youtube

  • Oh, my bad.

  • Who sings circles around you? sounds good

  • Just a small correction, Bb makes more sense than A# in the key of F, which is what this song is in.

  • hey! this is a good tutorial, but i was wondering if you could make a video lesson on upside down by jack johnson?

  • what an ass terd, if u dont like it dont watch it

  • i know this cids old. but i was wondering if you know how to play the ending ''the harder that you try baby, the harder youll fall'' bit. would help alot. thanks

  • thx chap!

i hav lived in bristol for 3 yrs to complete my degree

  • Thanks for the great videos:) I'm just starting guitar, but with your videos I am learning these songs. I'm also from a small town called Bristol... in Tennessee. :)
