But since the king cobra do not use constriction, the mongoose would win ALWAYS. Besides this snake is not Naja Hannah/king cobra, it a 7 foot rat snake.

you are sure that's a king cobra? or it is just a common cobra (species from Naja genus)? King cobra is different from cobras (Naja) in both the size and some other characteristics as they are from different genus.
A mongoose is quite capable of killing a king cobra, but will often back off if the cobra threatens, probably because a king cobra is quite large prey for a mongoose. Sometimes the mongoose wins, sometimes the cobra wins.
that is not King Cobra, Mongoose like to fight Cobra, but they avoid against King Cobra.
