I don't hate kit cars, I hate kit cars that are replicas. If you want to build a kit car do something different and unique. I know there's a few companies out there that sell kits that are entirely different. I forgot the one kit car, it's very nice. It's considered a supercar. Maybe someone here knows what I'm walking about...

Bullshit! Only an idot will not be able to tell the difference... First 90%+ of all kits sold are never finished by the folks who bought them (this one is likely one of those) and 90% of those that are finished are done so poorly that they're very hard to sell later. Only a handful are done so well that they can't be told from the real thing. Go to the national shows and you'll be surprised by the POS cars that some people bring out...
