This video is of the California Allstars Large Coed at the Cheerleading Worlds 2009. It's very copntraversial in that it created a lot arguement among the allstar cheerleading sport. There was argument on over who should have one the large coed division, it was over the CA bullets and the Top Gun Large Coed. Many people thought TG should've won, and others thought CA. But in the end the CA large coed won.

As a coach and a judge, and after not seeing any scores from worlds, I would hope that the scores for Top Gun and CA were too close for comfort. I am not a fan of either team..I just like to see awesome and exciting cheer teams and they are both indeed awesome! I feel that Top Gun was a little more entertaining, but CA scored some extra points with their pyramid difficulty. I like that they are so competitive..it keeps both of teams working hard and definitely keeps us entertained!

what you dont seem understand is that this is ELITE. this is the WORLD championship. top gun is amazing but they dropped a stunt; had a major tumbling crash; and a major bobble in the FINALS. that doesnt cut it. they knew after the performance that they lost it. Cali All stars is an AMAZING team and obviously much more qualified judges than yourself saw it fit that they won. granted im sure the scores were incredibly close. im talking tenths of a point away. but cali hit their routine.

Personally, hottydotty, I'm a Top Gun fan, but Calfornia Allstars deserved their win. Top Gun dropped a stunt, plain and simple; they're lucky they even got second. It's not 'they just dropped one stunt out of eleven'. A dropped stunt should be the end of your run; you should not be dropping /anything/ at this level of competition, and it's a shame they did, but that doesn't change the matter.
