@clicklipstick He looks like he might be pretty fun. Seen him in person and he's VERY cute...imposing, but pretty charming. Incredible body. His brother is foxy as hell though.
@aquarianbabe Yeah think that vid was filmed on a bad day lol he does have a good personality! Have seen Nadal in person and have to say I'm a Nadal girl but would like to see Murray, Federer, all of them lol!
I like Andy Murray's videos especially this one. After watching this video I learned a thing or two about core exercises! His trainers should publish a book on the various exercises that they use to get murray into great shape!
I like Andy alot.He has been getting my attention alot since he got a new haircut. He's a cutie with a great body.Especially those strong, muscular legs of his.

This isnt Pilates and his form is terrible in some exercises.maybe if his traine actually corrected his form we could get a wimbledon win.Andy train with someone who can be bothered to look at your body and not jsut work you out
@gaile35 I wouldn't call his training bad. Since he started training with Miles Mclaggen he's gone up as high as number 2 in the world. I'm sure you already knew, but as a regular gym user, I saw no bad form here.
Pilates, excellant for all sports, & tennis works 1 side of body as u are hitting & rotating the body on one side , if you didnt balance muscles throughout body his career wud b short with back, shoulder, knee injuries. Core strength,we arent talking about the 6 pack..we mean your stabilising muscles, the Transversus Abdominus..Once you have TA strength you have strong torso and have stamina, strong upper back , legs, knees, ankles.Pilates was a bloke, an athlete/boxer.its a hard regime.try it..

What a useless load of shit. I appreciate Murray is a great athlete, but seriously. I did the exercises at 2.45 to treat my sciatica, but I would never consider them in a serious exercise routine. Why doesn't he just lift weights and learn to squat and deadlift? With his coaching staff and millions of pounds, he can do this easily.
It must be useful if a guy who's number 4 in the world does it. I do those exercises regularly and they really help. For core (lower back and abs) you can't really lift weights all the time. I'm sure he does squats and other stuff, but especially in season tennis players don't really do heavy weights.
He does life weights and do compound exercises....you moron. Do think this is his entire workout, ever heard of pre hab?? Squating and deadlifting relentlessly isnt going to set anyone up for a long tennis career. I am sure he regrets not taking your qualified advice when he racks up some more tourno money....

Core exercises are really useful, as much for injury prevention as anything else. Whilst they aren't all very strenuous, they are all useful. :)

I'm sorry, english it's not my native tongue, what section of the body is the core? Does it involves the entire abdominal one?
GSpeedEmotion 4 years ago 2
core is like the stomach, six pack region. :)
