fairly high tbh. not super high, but his power voice hits the notes easy.. and the key is D major, so the top notes would be pretty difficult to reach. he is amazing in my opinion :)

highest note is an A4.. not bad for a guy but still pretty hard key is D major but the 3rd verse stays in the high notes (F4-A4) and it doe hurt if you sing up there a lot unless you're a high baritone or decent tenor

sorry i am WRONG! i just read the sheet music of michael bolton's version, he goes up to a B flat5 in the 3rd verse and goes all the way up to a C6 in the final chorus.. so yes this song is too high for most people and is hard even for tenor II's like me =[
