Hey man, I have my Microkorg as my controller for my synths. Would you happen to know how to route the wobble rates to the modulation wheel on the synth possibly? Or possibly make a video explaining it? thank you
hey, i know you get this alot, but i think more electro/complextro video tutorials would be cool. and maybe a pack or tutorial for sylenth, because alot of people dont have massive. just an idea, but thanks for listening :)
how do you change the speed of a wobble during a note...and make it sound good haha. I guess what I mean is like something like how klaypex does their dubstep wobbles. I know they do a lot of stuff with panning for the movement but their wobbles are really fluid and just like whip around and sound great. I've messed around with the mod rate and mod den (synced rate). And I've had trouble getting wobbles to sound fluid. Like the transitions between rates get choppy. Like the LFO gets off a bit
@danielandhanna4ever no, you cant do that in massive for some odd reason. you can only automate it this way. you'd have to do different tracks with the same instrument, but with differect sync rates.
I love how Half of the vids you do cover extreamly basic stuff that people can easily figure out if they just have a play with their synths... That being said I do appreciate the more in depth tutorials and even many of the basic ones. So thank you for shareing the knowledge and keep on doing what you do!
This was super helpful man. I didn't understand latch vs write and couldn't get this to work in logic with Massive. Only in Logic instr. I was doing something wrong. Would love to see more vids on automating Massive or FM8 for us that use the Komplete bundle in Logic. Thank you!!!

Damn shame that automation can't be used by a fixed rate. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING!!!!!
trceb 2 months ago
@trceb You can automate it when you are synced.
You just need the latest Massive update.

Why use rate if you can use sync rate?

nice vid but couldn't you also press the sync button under the rate nob and change the wobble by choosing 1/4th 1/8th /1/16th etc?

Can you latch while changing any of the parameters in massive? Like the rate in note values rather than time?

By the way, I LOVE the bass sound you made in this tutorial. I'm gonna use it in one of my own tracks and see how it goes.
