I like this but it gets old after a few listens. Same structures, even same rhytms. Forget about PW ever coming back together. I know the drummer in person and he and Devon(Buddy) don't see eye to eye anymore...
yes, I know. I am not a big fan of what he's doing now. He gave me a disc with some demo a while ago; i choose not to make any comment since I like the guy he is a hard core musician and I respect that. Buddy is more successful, no doubt, and I wish him all good.. Like I said, I like PW a lot but what goes went on inside the band, the little I know I don't want to comment on.
I have the first three cd's because I thought that they will evolve. But all three sound pretty much the same. Is the #4 any different than previous stuff?
I second that! Devon`s got an amazing voice! He`s one of my favourite vocalists with Geoff Tate, Michael Akerfeldt...Devon is multitalented musician - plays all instruments: Guitar, bass, keyboard/piano, flute...

Actually it kind of is. Not as good as the previous albums, but that's very personal. You should check out a few songs here on YT.
