  • This was the only game of the series that Boston won.

  • This appears to be a local telecast, and I think it was broadcast locally in Philadelphia, since back then, the Boston Celtics didn't allow local telecasts of home games not on national TV.

The original ESPN Classic logo was supered over the logo of whoever was televising the game (KYW? WFIL? WCAU? WPHL? WKBS?).

The original broadcast may in fact have been in black-and-white.

  • the sixers had no strategy and celtics barely ran any plays themselves

  • I believe one of the announcers was Chet Forte. the regular announcers were on a union strike at the time.

  • 32:12 Impressive

  • I love this announcer. He uses an old-time radio broadcast style, unlike the blabbering we hear from the current TV guys. Who is he, by the way?

  • @huskyjerk HIs first name is Chet i forget his last name though.

  • @WWEFaNOFKANE1997 Chet? Ok, thanks.

  • This is awesome stuff. Wilt was the greatest player ever.

  • Amazing to watch Chamberlain playing in his Sixers years!

  • this needs more views
