This appears to be a local telecast, and I think it was broadcast locally in Philadelphia, since back then, the Boston Celtics didn't allow local telecasts of home games not on national TV.
The original ESPN Classic logo was supered over the logo of whoever was televising the game (KYW? WFIL? WCAU? WPHL? WKBS?).
The original broadcast may in fact have been in black-and-white.
This was the only game of the series that Boston won.

I believe one of the announcers was Chet Forte. the regular announcers were on a union strike at the time.
