The funniest part is that most mma guys train their "boxing" one day, grappling another day, and kicking another day; never actually developing any real skill in any aspect! Then when they try to apply their "mma training" they have nothing, and always fall back on their high school wrestling or football habits. Mma is a sport- a game with rules, regulations- to minimize injury of opponent. Wing Chun is a system of self defence, survival. The only rules in WC are for efficiency in application.

Wing Chun has Shuai(wrestling), Na(seizing & locking), Ti(kicking), and Da(striking), making it a complete system.
