Read up about Natal. It is a lot different to Eyetoy. And eveyone was saying the Wii was going to bomb because of motion, look where it is now! Natal isnt going to replace the controller. Natal may add slight improvements to controller games but it will mainly have its own set of games.
They arent going to write natal in every game just because its there. IF natal doesnt enhance the gameplay they will not put it in. SO halo and gears will probably stay the same.
Out of that list, I'd play the first 2, and play Resistance 1 only.

Could you imagine what this technology could do for the gaming industry once they work out the kinks? Imagine playing Modern Warfare 2 on Natal if it worked like it's supposed to 100%.
I'm sure alot of gamers would prefer a controller over wiggle and waggle control any days. When I need my character to do something I need them to do it exactly, Not wiggle and hope for the best. Motion controls make most games more difficult, not because you can do more with them, Just because they are less acurate than a button.

I think I'll pass on Natal. It's a cool piece of technology, but I don't think it will do too well in gaming. There's a very small range of gaming genres that Natal will be able to be used in. So say goodbye to FPS's and other hardcore games.
I'll stick with my regular controller and regular 360 thank you very much...
I'll only switch to the next Xbox if its main focus is not Natal. That's the whole reason I sold my Wii, I just didn't like the motion control. I want a regular controller, not one that requires me to jump around or wave my arms around.
And I do doubt that the next Xbox will only focus on Natal because MS would lose a lot of hardcore gamers. So yes, I will get the next Xbox, as long as there are hardcore, regular-controller games.

We all know God of War 3 is going to be a good game regardless.
Killzone 2 is average in that it's not much new or different. Plus, it's a sequel, which removes any freshness because Killzone 1 exists.
And everyone's also forgetting MotorStorm. >.> It's a great game!

God of War 3 is a sequel..and KZ 1 was garbage..ok not garbage, but it was meh, Guerilla Games vastly improved their game which is damn impressive..we all know how God of War 3 is going to play out...just gonna be a few differences, not a whole lot..so GOW3 is less fresh than KZ2...

MLB the Show, yes its a baseball game but it always delivers as a great game that simulates the game perfectly..Warhawk yes it's a remake, but it vastly improves everything and creates an awesome Online Multiplayer game that is both fun and is quite deep, the one thing lacking is SP but hey 40$ not bad...Infamous regardless of being "rushed" is still a great game; and yet a generic FPS is creating mass hype (MW2)..Resistance & KZ takes the formula and puts their twist on it and succeeds...

I'm sure alot of gamers would prefer a controller over wiggle and waggle control any days. When I need my character to do something I need them to do it exactly, Not wiggle and hope for the best. Motion controls make most games more difficult, not because you can do more with them, Just because they are less acurate than a button.

I think I'll pass on Natal. It's a cool piece of technology, but I don't think it will do too well in gaming. There's a very small range of gaming genres that Natal will be able to be used in. So say goodbye to FPS's and other hardcore games.
I'll stick with my regular controller and regular 360 thank you very much...

I'll only switch to the next Xbox if its main focus is not Natal. That's the whole reason I sold my Wii, I just didn't like the motion control. I want a regular controller, not one that requires me to jump around or wave my arms around.
And I do doubt that the next Xbox will only focus on Natal because MS would lose a lot of hardcore gamers. So yes, I will get the next Xbox, as long as there are hardcore, regular-controller games.

it's not only for games, so it's not really gimmicky. I mean I can see myself using it to scroll through menus and control it through voice. Like with movies, netflix, on demand. They have shown that it works like that, and honestly, it seems more useful than any other motion controls.
