What are they doing wrong? Are they following an Ancient Dance or not?

There is nothing to be said about Hema-ji. Though passed 60s, her vivacity and expressivity is still intact. I love her short Shiva number. However, the Deol sisters are just not good yet. They look like they only have had 3 or 4 years of training. Are they really serious about dance? IF so, they should wait and reach arangetram standards before performing. I suppose Mummy is pushing them to inherit her dance business, but she should know that they don't stand well at all as professionals...
