Seems like Best Buy has lost it's focus. I called in to order one of the new tablets and was told it was "in stock and would ship within 1-2 days" by the rep. I get my order confirmation and found out it was PRE ORDERED and wouldn't ship for another 2 weeks!!!! The rep didn't even put his ID on the order because he knew he LIED to me! Also, since when is charging tax on shipping considered legal?? ? ?
This was NOT SPAM but a legitimate complaint below. Funny that Best Buy thinks their customer complaints are spam:
Bought a Dell Laptop for Christmas for my Autistic child. Didn't work and had pink screen. Dell said it was defective. Best Buy would not honor the exchange they promised to make! An autistic child spent Christmas and the next day all upset because of them. Bad service and total dishonesty at store 554. I am a celeb so imagine how you will get treated!

I have a cell phone in for repair going on 30 days. Customer no service cannot help because they cannot escalate the repair. Service in the store is great but the back room has a lot to be desired! I purchased a tv from them forget about their black tie service. It is not their. It comes down to this, cannot deliver on a product guarantee.
I cannot believe that a 3rd party can hold a company hostage. Every time I call customer no service I am being told that they cannot do a thing.
