  • I am going to have to make a video showing the tab your supposed to push down to keep the belt from jumping off. 99.9% of the time that I have seen belts coming off it is not because of the belt, or too many twists it is because that tab is too far away from pulley. I have had belts that were half in grave and running on the side stay on, just to get the field done.

  • one thing that helps is to take the back belt off and hang it on a nail so it hangs straight. this is combinechris and sorry if i seem harsh hopefully this helps some of the problem of the belt

  • your belt has too many twists in it is the main reason it comes off. also it is not that hard to get a new one. also the wobbly pulley will throw the belt off too and needsw to be straightened.i have several of these machines and i don't have many problems with them. also need to open your wind up more.

  • I have that same combine and the back belt always comes off , tried to get a new belt but had no luck

  • is it true that this model had a 66, not a 72 inch cutting width?

  • @1DanielChristensen the seperating area is the same as the 66 but the width of cut is 72 inches

  • awesome video!! GO allis chalmers!

  • Several reasons, that is a long distance for that belt to go without any support from an idler or another pulley. Also the shaker is causing jerks in the process causing the belt to jump a bit.

  • Why does the part of the belt between the idler and the shaker pulley wobbly?
