Ok that last trick changed my mind.... good video and thanks, the comd opt ctrl 8 is night mode, it's used by a lot of surveillance police to reduce backscatter from within the vans and cars, great mode and dramatically reduces eye strain plus if your working in the dark, your eyes don't need as much time to adapt to different environments (say reaching for a doughnut) .

one more tip.....

when u press Command+Shift+4 to get the cross-hairs for screenshots, tap the spacebar and the cross-hairs turn into a camera and it highlights either the window, menu bar, dock or even the desktop and takes a pic of just that. Much cleaner than dragging and selecting.
