All of it is Kona, the place that isn't open air is customs, it's a big white tent, it's out by where the planes park- i've been in there. it looks just like in the video.
You prob didn't recognize customs it's a big white tent out by where the planes park, you wouldn't see it unless you were out there on the runway area. I've been inside it before, it looks just like in this vid.

there was some parts of the airport in this video that i dont recognize.
