I've seen a bunch of vintage RC 10 converted to brushless, and they all seem to hook up real well. Are you locking the diff, because mine just slips if I punch it. I'm only using a 2s lipo 20c burst. Even a nimh will make the diff slip.

b4 bah i go old school lol with original rc10 gold pan stil got the stock motor though plan on getting a brushless but in durability the rc10 cant be beat
the battery will last anywhere from 45min to an hour at about that pace......it is very efficient and sadly enough they dont make the vintage anymore.....but they are very plentiful on ebay and they still make the improved 4th generation version the rc10 b4.1.
good job man. looks like a lot of fun. what spur gear / pinion are u using? i saw yur 1st vid that mentioned the motor/esc combo but im curious about gearing. How controllable is it on dirt?
@pdhemming 81 tooth spur and 19 pinion......maybe.....i cant honestly remember.......and it does very well in the dirt just be careful with the throttle response you know...:)
Cool, seems like a lot of power. I was thinking of making the world's fastest RC-10 and try to get over 100mph with my B4. I've got to figure out a way to harness all that power though and make it controllable! :)

@drjamescarren your diff needs rebuilt, mine was that way when I first converted and that was already 2 yrs ago!
