Sounds great - but who says this "thought" and "energy" is not productive. There are things we should be doing - whether as response to a moral imperative or something else we perceive to be in our own best interest. It would be wrong to attempt to "free oneself" from this thought process. Energy, and yes, sometimes intense inner activity is a necessary component of productive work (at least it is so in a modern, industrialized society).

From my experience, the best is the second method he mentions - feel the inner body. and really for me the inner body seems so entwined with the physical body that i can begin feeling my increased heart beat without any animus and then slowly be taken by an unseen spell into the inner body where there can be only peace.
