My N97's screen got one badly scratched area within first month of usage and another one within the second month. I have now had it for 3 months. And I have actually tried to be careful with it.

here are the conditions to have the equivalent of that effect in your actual pocket :

1)be extremely fat and wear tight jeans and do advanced yoga

2) have alzeimer desease along with nokiaphobia

3) do ninja stuff when your phone rings in your pocket
