it is incorrect to refer to a 0311 marine as infantryman. even though the MOS is infantry, a 0311 marine is refered as a rifleman. besides the USMC was founded on the principle that every marine is a rifleman first. infantryman is for army.

Kids, settle down. Both the Royal and American Marines train together, they have been doing it for about 60 years. Their tatics are essentially the same, their scope is the same, and their objective is the same, and that is to engage the Enemy by Fire and Close Combat, and they die if necessary. there wasnt enough troops to stay behind and make happy little camps back then, lines had to keep moving up
today it's single isolated countries and cities we're dealing with.
when army got some unexpected opposition on d-day they couldnt handle it like the Marines in the PTO anyways.

@1977F150408 Bush was a horrible president in my eyes. Got us into a war against people that technically, dont exist. Had multiple reasons and only one of which makes any sense. In short, Bush has killed thousands of innocent people over money through war. Some people make a ton of money off this war and they support our troops dying 100% if they get to drive their nice car. Bush might have had a few good times but was a horrible president overall.

@1977F150408 We// that depends on the situation. Obama is doing something about the war. Atleast hes doing more than Bush did (in a good direction). However he is not doing much about the economy besides spending tax money on vacations for him and his family. Overall I would rather both be removed from any possible political position weather it be president or head of the janitorial department in white house. Both suck but Obama is just slightly better in my eyes.

Kids, settle down. Both the Royal and American Marines train together, they have been doing it for about 60 years. Their tatics are essentially the same, their scope is the same, and their objective is the same, and that is to engage the Enemy by Fire and Close Combat, and they die if necessary. This is not Call of Duty 4. It is real shit, and they are Both equally good.
