It is not worms- some bulldogs tails grow inside of them causing severe infections that are satisfied through spinning on that spot. It will cause paralysis in a short time when the tail wraps around the spine. Surgery is risky, but should be done.
Our dog did the same thing, it was cute until we found all this out.
