i am the only kid never to like transformers..but the batman cartoon is the fave of all time and the greatest..then teenage mutant hero turtles in second followed by dogtanion in third place
I remembered all the good times with my childhood, the care free times and the greatest staurday mornings in my life and 1,000,000 time better then the crap show today.
Please post another one soon long live 80's cartoons.
Awesome!!! can anyone tell me the name of the toons that are in the minuto 1.52 and also 1.59? i had such a time to catch it, now o only need to know the name!
And If you switched to channel 14, you could watch The Mask, Gummi Bears, Dark Wing Duck, She-ra, Astroboy, TMNT, Teddy Ruxpin, around the same time. Truely the GOLDEN AGE of cartoons.
In 1879 there was a woman named Jillian who was walking down a creek one day and little did she know, there was a homicidle maniac following her. When she heard a noise behind her,the man grabbed her and knocked her out. When she woke she was in up in a dark factory and the man was there. After a few moments, she was raped and then the man slit her throat. Now that you have read this, every night, she will be standing outside your door looking in ure window post dis on 7 different videos to stop her
The towlie comments sort of ruined it, but it was still a cool video. Love the "Visionaries" tunes you had in there. Wished there would have been some Danger Mouse, Banana Man, and some Belle and Sebastian moments in there though. :)
Can u plz give me a list of the cartoons in in this clip iv been trying to find out the name of one of them for years and this is the first place iv seen it in years?
What's funny.. is that 95% of those cartoons were made by Japanese animations studios, some of them are outright dubbed anime series from the mid to late 70's some from the early 80's.
"Robotech" was not the "first" anime on US as many assume...
@parkinpants Transformers was composed by Anne Bryant and Ford Kinder. Both musically and lyrically. I've met Anne in person and I do not recall her ever talking about Vince DiCola working on Transformers, but she might have hired him. I don't recall seeing his name in the credits.
@parkinpants Okay that would make sense because it was a bigger production. And I know that Anne worked with a couple other people when she did the music for Jem (besides Ford Kinder). :-)
@zangazoo2007 - In fact you can see youtube has identified the soundtrack as Vince Dicola and has linked it to iTunes where it list the other tracks he did for the movie
@parkinpants Yeah I did notice that, but I had thought it wasn't accurate. YouTube seems to be inaccurate since Google took it over, but that's my thought.
GOD! Does anyone remember the cartoon where the kid would get overheated or mad or whatever and turn into the car??

As a kid I had the BEST staurday morning cartoon lineup...EVER! It started around 7:30
In order: Smurfs, He-man, Transformers, Visionaries, G.I. Joe, Dungeons & Dragons, Ghostbusters, Thundercats, Smurfs, Captain Planet.
And If you switched to channel 14, you could watch The Mask, Gummi Bears, Dark Wing Duck, She-ra, Astroboy, TMNT, Teddy Ruxpin, around the same time. Truely the GOLDEN AGE of cartoons.
