The bleeps covered the first one but the officer states don't get up the guy got up with his hands towards his pockets. he made statements about tactical training. and again it was dark you can't see the whole picture so don't go defending the suspect when you have little to know facts except the video

The man on the ground repeated "I'm on your side" and "I mean you no harm" and then FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS. it's so easy to criticizes an officer when you see a video like this, but what you need to take into account is what happened before the camera was turned on what was said, the officer clearly states stay on the ground, and the man did refer to tactical training. he got up quickly with a sudden movement to his pocket, hard to tell what really happened in this video since it was DARK!!!!!!!! to me you talk shit about training and move fast to your pocket i i will open fire to eliminate threat

@jsk1818 Its easy to judge the victom because we cant get away from all the cop shows that never show both sides. non the less they hide so many of thear own tapes as well as there squad footage which should be avalable to the public at all times. I have seen shit like this in person at lower levels like beatings robbery for years and if the law is in the wrong is what usualy decides if the tape was rolling or not! he was not the driver. he was in the car with someone who was intoxicated or had drugs so they fled. the officer claimed that when the aiman was getting up, it looked as if he was reaching for a weapon. so, he fired. the officer was found not gulty.

WRONG- the DRIVER he was with was running, and the passanger (shot) told the driver to stop, and once he did, he got out, saying what he was doing, and complying with the commands.. he even said "ok i am getting up" after being told to do so. these are the facts of what happened.

Clearly there's a lot more going on here than the video shows. Why was the man under arrest? Was is suspicion of killing a cop? And what's he saying?

Even if we assume the cop had no cause to shoot the man, the cop had to have thought there was some way to explain his actions.

And if we assume the cop could have had reason, then the dark video doesn't let us see if there's a sudden movement as if to grab a gun, or run away. The video quality is just horrible.
