This is how I prefer classical or baroque on an electric guitar, i'm tired of all those crazy dumb tapped or sweep arpeggios virtuoso ego stuff.. great work Paul and nice tone !!

I doubt Paul would diss Yngwie. There are several other videos on where Paul has listed Yngwie as an influence in his guitar playing. From my understanding Paul wrote Castle Dragon in the hopes that Yngwie would play a solo on it.

It wasn't really "bad-mouthing", though...all that he really said was that Bach's arpeggios tend to be less linear than Paganini's. I don't think he was trying to get a shot in at Yngwie...

@Sivels People believe when he showed how scales Paganini often use sounds like. That it's suppose to be harmful and derogatory against Yngwie because his biggest influence is Paganini.
