  • I also have a Casio SA ToneBank keyboard. And what I also want to have one day are those nicely dyed keys.

  • I have sa-21 too!

    100 tone bank

  • I have a sa 21 too, how could i make this?? Would you share the info??

  • well done! perfect for spacy sounddesign

  • Beautiful work!

  • In fact, there's no need to buy some expensive synths!!! casiotones are awwesome!!!

  • I like how it produces original factory tones AND bent tones at the same time, well done!

  • Why?

  • Why not?

  • I just don't understand what you're trying to do. I suppose you could use it to recreate the intro to "Calling Occupants Of Interstellar Craft" ? Or just general sci-fi sound effects maybe.

  • Endless audio anarchy. I like it.

  • just got one of these the other day, i actually like the sounds on it. havent decided if im gonna bend it. but yours is awesome.

  • sounds creepy....yeah

  • Can you tell me how to get this thing plugged in my computer, so I pr. example can use it with FL Studio?

    Thanks.

  • you could get a instrument cable and run it from the phones out to a mixer, interface or sometimes the line in on your computer. but i dont know much about live recording in fl studio.

  • Que ridículo!!!!

Cuando las baterías están muriendo, se produce ese sonido ....

No se que tiene de importancia tu aporte...

  • Love to get my hands on one of these.

  • Nicely done. I have one too.

  • Good job!!

    i love these casiokeyboard-glitches.

i recently bent my SA-5 Clone. turned out well.

  • if i had this, id sit in my room all day and play with it until im dead

  • This Keyboard is up on ebay. Now's your Chance!

  • ps. how long did it take you to to finish that? bending, painting n all? :)

  • Adding the switches and wiring only takes half an hour or so once you find the bends but the painting took days. The blue on the keys, knob, and buttons is multiple coats of a brushed on enamel with 24 hours dry time between each coat. Almost looks like powder coating. Nice soft blue. The silver is many coats of spray. I took the keys and buttons right out to get good coverage on them.

  • You ever considered putting up a video with a "how to..." section?

  • do you sell yr bent stuff?

  • I've been bending for years but never really to sell but I actually bent and painted this keyboard with the goal of putting it on ebay. I'm just finishing another one up almost the same but with silver and gold keys and controls instead of the silver and blue.

  • did you ever bend REAL keyboards???

    ac powered??...

Question #2 , can you add 1/4 output for those things??? , so you can record the sounds..

  • AC powered or DC powered, a keyboard is a keyboard. The keyboard quality is not measured by the supply. It is measured by the quality of the sound generators inside. In the case of SA-21, the quality is not very good and you can notice the noise when the notes are fading out.

  • Plus, you don't need to add a 1/4 jack (and if you needed, it wouldm't be that easy). The SA-21 already has a jack.

  • nice glitches.

  • The GLITCH COLLECTION!!!!

  • soundtrack for space odyssey 2008 - attack of the monkey bots!!!

    beautiful ugliness, i like it.
