nowadays, near enough every video game is made as realistically as possible, so when a game like this comes along and things don't make sense because your main character can sustain so much damage compared to your enemies, people begin complaining about how unrealistic it is and how 'stupid' it is. it's a video game. it's not meant to be realistic. you play video games to escape realism. Megaman, Super Mario were never realistic, why should todays games be any different?
The only games considered "Realistic" are the ones marketed as such and that was when gamers demanded realism and knocked every little flaw they found. GTA 4 and MW are both extremely stylized and dreamlike. Calling any game realistic is a sign of delusion or a lack of reality.

since people are talking about facts and fiction of concentration camps, people should be made aware of the following: the first concentration camps to have existed were those made by Britain. they held hundreds of Indians when Britain were trying to conquer India.

This game seems rushed and never got any hype, but I bought it anyway, and even though i've only played it through once, it was one of the best stories I did, it has a VERY similar game engine to Red Faction Guerilla, which is also awesome.
@STATUSthesleepers No you can't blow stuff up like Red Faction... But it is an awesome game, doesn't get repeptitive, however once I finished it, I didn't free roam a lot because the story is the main thing in it... After, it gets a little weak... But good game.
Yeah the game could have been better if they put more time into it, but it's still good never the less, very similar to Red Faction gameplay. Fun to complete once or twice, then you can just free-roam and do extra little tasks. Good game.

just so you guys know the americans had concentration camps in WW2 also. they used them for suspected japanese accomplices and while they didnt mass murder them for no reason they definitely didnt treat them with the respect they should have because most of those people just wanted to "live the american dream" and instead they were crapping in a corner because there eyes were a little squinted.

But that's not important here) Without the context of what the Axis were doing in WWII, the Allies (especially the Soviets) were pretty horrible and not the nation's finest hour. But when compared to the torture and brutality of Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan, the Allies (even the Soviets) were certainly the good guys, and the world is better off with them winning. Like General Sherman said "War is cruelty, and you can not refine it."

This game seems rushed and never got any hype, but I bought it anyway, and even though i've only played it through once, it was one of the best stories I did, it has a VERY similar game engine to Red Faction Guerilla, which is also awesome.

Yeah the game could have been better if they put more time into it, but it's still good never the less, very similar to Red Faction gameplay. Fun to complete once or twice, then you can just free-roam and do extra little tasks. Good game.

wow this is very cool we play it frequently at christmas with my brothers they are absolutely brilliant at it. I was lucky and downloaded the game totally free for my ps3 from here; 115 games. com they have hundreds best thing about it is they are all totally free I have to say 2:33 2 2:43 was rad

all the features this game had were a complete downgrade from others
The driving was stiff as hell
The shooting was loose
The climbing was annoying (having to press A for EVERY ledge)
But I DID like the voice acting from the main character as I am irish ;P

I think this is superb we always tend to play it at the weekends with my mum she is really awesome at it. I actually downloaded it perfectly free for my ps3 from here - one blow. com they have hundreds best thing about it is they are all totally free oh i almost forgot 0:25 to 2:45 was top notch

Well, you do what ou have to. it would be annoying to have to run everywhere... The car jacking has its place. He kills Nazi's, but he's 'too decent' a person to steal a few cars? Nazi's were people too, and they were doing what they thought was best for them.

Oh look, someone who can't see it from their point of view. They did what they thought was best for their own people. It wasn't a very nice thing to do, I get that. But guess what? They killed more Slavs than Jews, and even more Russians than Slavs, but no one seems to care about that.
But as I said, Nazi's killed Jews for being Jews. In this game, you kill Nazis for being Nazis. It doesn't matter how many you kill in the game or what, it just matters that you DO IT in the first place.

And no, I didn't just mean Pearl Harbor (wasn't wasn't a war, they were at peace at the time.), Imperial Japan also commited atrocities against civilians and soldiers on US controlled islands, including the Phillipines and Wake, plus the horrible treatment of POWs. You can disregard these crimes against humanity, it doesn't mean it didn't happen.
