You really shouldn't try to lead a break with a PF or center. Give the ball to your point guard seeing as he has good passing and good speed and run to the middle of the court so you have 2 sides to pass it to when a defender cuts you off. Let Amare catch up or keep up with you, not the other way around

2k9 has MANY flaws, but did u seriously expect a PF to beat two guards in a foot-race 45 feet while handling the ball? Kevin Martin's speed is closer to the 90s, Udrich's speed is surely in the 80s while Amares speed is AT BEST approaching 70....2k has flaws but this is a bad example, and a slow one at that.
