1 - He gets killed by Nemesis

2 - He gets the helicopter and Jill kills him

3 - He gets the helicopter and escapes

In a file in RE5 it's said that Nicholai got the helicopter, that means He never got killed by Nemesis but it's not said if Jill killed him or if he escaped.
