I'll add that the water is heated to 200 degrees and it disperses through multiple small holes, ensuring that the coffee gets totally soaked/used. Smart, careful design.

So far, so good. It's a good example of well-made, single purpose technology. It is easy to use, clean, and operate. The coffee it makes is superior to the Braun I've been using. It has great ratings by coffee enthisiasts, but for me, the home test is decisive and--so far, so good. I think it's worth a try.
