Regional, not new :) means someone who is slow. My point was, the notes are right in relation to the fret board but the strings aren't in the right key.

this isn't how its supposed to be played. You have to go down to the 7-9 frets on the 1st sring and play those instead of 1st fret and open on 2nd string but not bad
