I think is was another operative. This was a publicity stunt to rescue Obama's sinking poll numbers. Too many holes in the story. Why was he shot in the head two times if he was unarmed, these guys are trained to shoot center mass as to not risk a miss. Shooting him twice in the head would mean they pumped the second round into his head after he died, which would make him unrecognizable. The burial at sea is another hole in their story when the took the body to Afghanistan first.
