Tucker has said that he would be voting for Dr. Paul and endorses him if I recall correctly, anyway. In the end, it just means another guy out in the open praising the future president of the United States.
A Palestinian family was massacred on the beach by an Israeli warship, homes are being demolished,an Israeli bulldozer purposefully ran over an American peace activist in Rafah! A Holocaust is happening again, not to the Jews, but to the Palestinians! Four times as many Palestinians die than Israelis--most of them women and children! The blood of all human beings is of the same value. The blood of an Israeli is not worth more than of a Palestinian! Free Pali! peace.
How dare Tucker Carlson speak for "all Americans" re Israel & Palestine. "Essentially we are on Israel's side"... 1) His comment is too general to make sense 2) MANY Americans disagree with Israel's ill treatment of Palestine, landgrab, horrifying bombing of Lebanon, etc.

Ron will make his second Tonight Show appearance Monday night(Jan 7). Jay, btw, is also upset at FOX's exclusion. Plus, of course, he wants good ratings, and that's what Ron brings. Tell your friends.
It is looking to me as though the Presidential race will eventually be between the mixed-raced former Muslim man Barack Obama and Dr. Ron Paul.
I do not know which one I like most!
BOTH men want to bring our brave troops home from Iraq, although Dr. Ron Paul is the only one of the two who is against the murder of innocent, unborn babies and he is also FOR low taxes.
Not sure how you pick Ron Paul to be the Republican nominee. He has offended me as a soldier (independent btw) and many republicans with his stance on us being responsible for radical islam.
My issue is that we choose a direction and see it through. Changing direction in mid-course is far more costly. Patton said, "A good plan today is infinitely better than a great plan a week from now."
We the people are not responsible for it at all; what he says is that our governments policies over the past 50 years have caused a built up hatred towards us.
Its like this, I see so many people in my state California so burnt up over Illegal immigration, and when the Mexican-Americans fly Mexico's flag etc. They see them as invaders to the United States, which is why they are so ready to take up arms against them. Imagine if they came in rolling down the street in tanks, would we not fight back? You bet we would.
I find it amazing that you made that comparison. Islam is an ideology, like freedom to us. The Middle East (in general) could care less if we came in tanks or paper airplanes. They object to our way of life. We are fighting a minority set on suicidal jihad that have a majority support, not a country with a flag, much less a tank.
What makes you think we have the right to go around the world telling everyone how to run their business? Even if we had moral authority, we CANT AFFORD IT. We are printing money barely faster than we spend it.
Ever wonder why we are the only ones to have ever used atomic weapons on another country, but yet we seem to think we are the only ones that can be trusted with them. We think no one else should have them. We go to wars to prevent others from having them. We are so good and holier than thou, we get to decide who has what weapons.
We have been a Republic or Union for 220 years and we have been at war more years than not-1st revolution, mexican, 1812, native americans, 2nd revolution or war for southern independence, spanish american, korea, vietnam, first gulf, afganistan, iraq, WW1 and WW2 and others. Wake up and study real history instead of the propaganda you are being programed to believe.
Programmed to believe what? And from whom? I am beginning to think all you RP supporters need Rx for rabies. I love your passion, but you need a better cause and candidate.
Our education system does teach a certain version of history and you know that. The whole notion of our being a Republic of Independent States is a concept that is completely lost. Indivdual liberties are being destroyed with environmentalism and "security" as excuses, and the winners of wars always get to write the history books. Surely you know that. No conspiracy, just a fact and a perspective that is pushed today and you know it.
No, Ron Paul is not ALL RIGHT about everything, nor are his supporters, but when you find a candidate with which you agree, you tend to support that candidate with passion and furvor. When you are passionate about a cause (like the Constitution) and a candidate that you are excited about, it does not make you a crazed fanatic.
Democrat, Republican and Open Caucus groups formed independently and Caucused on National Caucus Day. The First National Presidential Caucus is now history and the results are in.
-On the Republican side, RON PAUL obliterated the field for the GOP generating the preference of 50% of GOP Caucuses. Mike Huckabee and Fred Thompson follow, generating 23.3% and 16.6% of Republican Caucus preferences, respectively!
"Victory for liberty! That is our goal, and nothing less." -Ron Paul
vote at your caucus so Ron Paul will be the republican party rep. If he wins the caucus this man will be the president. So go to your caucus mark it on your calenders. The caucus is the most important and is the most negleted voting.
Ron Paul is not an isolationist because he believes in commerce, negotiations, trade, etc, with all, just no entagling alliances, foreign aid etc. with them. My comparison to Goldwater is mostly becuase they two of them actually understand the constitution. Do you realize that a lot of law schools no longer require a course in constitutional law to fulfill requirements for graduation and certification?
That's exactly what you have been taught for the past few decades. We seem to think we should be an empire, nation-building, like the UK had with India, American colonies, Canada, South Africa, etc. We were never intened to be an empire, exporting democracy, we are supposed to be a Republic of 50 sovereign states. If France or Canada can simply exist and go about their business, why can't we? Why do we think we have to be the world's policemen?
Wake up. We are not doing colonization. We don't grab real estate or demand taxes. Although I like to joke about taking Mexico as we seem to have their people without the land. France and Canada do their things precisely because we do ours. They wouldn't exist without us.
It is merchantilism. No we do not ask for taxes per se, but we are trying to force the world into our idea of what it should be. This is WRONG. When will our stupid public realize that FORCING our way on others is WRONG. It is wrong, it is wrong, it is wrong.
I am not even sure you know what the definitions of the terms you use. Yes, democracy is bad. Freedom is not wrong. Liberty is the root word for libertarian-the ticket that RP ran on for president before. "Eliminating threats," as you call it, is wrong when it causes more problems than were there in the first place.
Please understand INVADING other lands (especially if we are wrong about our reasons-WMD's-what a joke, in a pre-ememptive war) is WRONG. Pre-emptive! Do you understand we invaded a land because we THOUGHT they might be trouble later. Japan attacked us to bring us into WWII, Britain attached us in 1812, but Iraq DID NOT ever attack us! So, we should go around invading lands because we THINK they might be trouble. THIS IS SOOOO WRONG.
Iraq broke the agreements after Desert Storm. But to you, this was right and we were wrong. I love this country. My friend was born in Iraq. We are glad Sadamm and his sons are gone. They had lots of warning.
Iraq drug their feet, the obstructed inspectors, etc., but as we later learned it was not to hide WMD's, it was merely a power-struggle and an ego that said, "we really don't want to telling us what to do-Iraq and (yes and evil Sadamm) wanted to re-assert it's sovereignty. But, the whole world has to answer to us don't they. Have you ever wondered why we (in our mind) are the only ones allowed to have nuclear weapons?
Not able to be Switzerland? Why not? Why do we think we have to behave this way? Why can't we just stop, stop, stop trying to control the world and make them like us? We cannot afford it. At least the UK was smart enough to figure out they could not be an empire--it costs too much, but we think we can control the world. It is stupid, arrogant and wrong!
With power comes responsibility. We don't control the world, we desire to control evil and spread freedom, securing freedom. We are the world's first non-imperialist super-power. This is why we cannot be Switzerland. History, if you would learn from it shows us that.
Learn from history? Absolutely, please learn that we cannot export a form of government when we ourselves won't even adhear to the form of government we proport. We force states to be part of a union that claims to exist at "the consent of the goverened." We have been at war more years than not in our history because we think we have all this "goodness." We are killing people in a constant state of war. What part of war, what part of killing people don't you understand.
Ron Paul give money back from a decent supporter? Do the other candidates ever get asked if they are going to distance themselves from Jewish supremacist groups like the ADL? AIPAC? Will Obama distance himself from black vested interest and advocacy groups like United Negro College fund and Naacp? How many members of the NAACP have sent money to Obama? How many Jews in the myriad Jewish advocacy groups have sent money to Hillary? How much from LA RAZA? Why are these questions not being asked?

In 1992, taxpayers paid the FED banking system $286 billion in interest on debt the FED purchased by printing money virtually cost free.

Saturday Midnight EST is the deadline, and $75,000 is left to be raised. This will give the blimp funding to roll through the early primary's. Local media, and hundreds of thousands of South Carolina locals will be looking up and saying, "Who is Ron Paul?"
Donated now. Lets come together and make this happen! I'll give another $75 when I wake up to help seal the deal!!
Today, December 19th, congress is pushing thru a spending bill that not one member of congress has read (so that they can go home for Christmas). Again, not one member has read it. There are thousands of special interest spending ear marks no one has read. This is every American's hard earned money these incompetents are thoughtlessly squandering. Disgusting. Nancy Pelosi should be drug out and publicly lynched.
I heard someone say we should have a 1 day event where every freeway overpass has a Ron Paul supporter on it at the same time across the country ,that way we would get publicity and more participation in meetups,I think it sounds like a good idea. [Repost]

A few years ago, two parents went out for dinner. A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids' room, the father said,"Take the kids and get out of the house. We'll call the police, we don't have a clown statue." The "clown statue" is really a killer that escaped from jail. If you don't post this letter on to 10 videos tonight, the clown will be in your bed at 3:00 am with a chainsaw in his hand(SORRY BOUT SPAM THIS REALLY FREAKS ME
Tomorrow, Dec. 16, prove to the media that Ron Paul is a front-runner and can really win the nomination. Donate between $5 and $2300 to the campaign for the Boston Tea Party Money Bomb. Even if you are broke, $5 is better than nothing...the number of contributors matters as much as the dollar amount. Donate to RonPaul2008(dot)com. Copy and Paste this comment to every Ron Paul video you can.

Why do people continue to bring this up? This has been addressed over and over again, he had a newsletter but didn't exclusively write in it. Someone else wrote and that article, they were dealt with as soon as Ron new of the contents of the article. Unlike others he has taken full responsibility since it was his newsletter, even though they weren't his words.
WRONG -- In the past when he was criticized for it, he said he was MISUNDERSTOOD. Only now, running for President, has the story changed to "those weren't my words". Why wouldn't he have made that claim the past 15 years?
metal71: that's not quite true, he already stated so in 2001. Long before he was running for President. Neither of us can be quite sure as to whether or not he wrote the newsletter. I personally am convinced he's speaking the god honest truth, mostly because the language used in the newsletter doesn't resemble his own (and his voting record actually contradicts statements made in the newsletter).
No, it *IS* true. Again, the facts are simple - when confronted about his statements in the 90's, Paul DEFENDED them. Only recently (as a Presidential candidate), has Ron Paul tried to pin those statements on other people. He's busted. Fine. Take him or leave him on that merit (or lack thereof), but don't try to re-write history. We all know some people will vote for him BECAUSE of these statements. Not me.
metal71: repeating it doesn't make it true, it is correct that he initially didn't deny writing the article but he retracted this in 2001 (yes, that's right 2001). You might not remember this, but he wasn't running for president in 2001. Also, as far as I can recall nobody has yet asked him about the newsletter during his current Presidential run.
A 1992 newsletter by Republican congressional candidate Ron Paul highlighted portrayals of blacks as criminally inclined and lacking sense about top political issues.
Reporting on gang crime in Los Angeles, Paul commented: "If you have ever been robbed by a black teen-aged male, you know how unbelievably fleet-footed they can be."
Good for you, it's naive for anyone to vote for hillary JUST BECAUSE we can have a WOMAN be president; hillary will raise our taxes if elected, she has gotten plenty of endorsements from pharmaceutical lobbyists.
He speaks clearly and doesn't sound overcomplicated addressing issues. I really respect him for his openness and honesty about things that really matter...
Lets stop giving out money to all these fuckin nations, we have bigger problems at home. Lets be neutral and let them handle their own problems without our money. We are to much in debt, we give money to all these politician that don't do what their people want them to do.. we need to be stricter and harsher on foreign policy. Also we as the people need to keep our own government on check.. we need to tighten the reigns. Lets not make the mistake of not questioning our leaders.
I need to vote in 08' if I want any semblance of conservatism to remain in America. That said Ron Paul (and I'm from Ron Paul State - Texas) needs to get off the dang fence...pick a side and allow me as a voter to agree or disagree with you. Katrina - I agree with him Neutrality - Not so much
On November 11th for Veterans Day we all have a chance to show the troops how we will bring them home. Donate to Ron Paul on this date. Sign the pledge to donate $100. Even if you can only donate $1 you will be helping to make a difference. The soldiers sacrifice their lives for us. We can sacrifice a little money for them.
Hey I just read on here someone said that Fox news was not inviting Ron Paul for the Nov 28 2007 Debate. Well thats not true. The Debate is on CNN and Ron Paul has already confirmed his invitation.
Yea! I love Ron Paul and absolutely can not stomach that wuzzie coward pretend macho Tucker. His thing about getting his "buddy" to help him beat up a gay guy was so disgusting. My hubby says "was he not good enough to do it himself"? " He needed another man to help him." He should not have done it regardless, but he is a total wuzzie.
CARPE DIEM. TODAY IS THE DAY!!!! ALREADY OVER $2 MILLION DONATED TODAY AS OF 12:00 NOON!!!!!! LET'S ROCK THE MEDIA...
MAKE YOUR DONATION NOW AT RONPAUL2008. COM!!!
It's November 5th and today is the day we shock the media. If you pledged to donate $100 today, to go ronpaul2008. com and do it now. If you didn't plege, it's ok, just go and donate whatever you can TODAY!!
Ron Paul is the only candidate I believe, Republican or Democrat. It's not that I take his word for every single thing he says, it's just that he does not come across as a liar or another establishment puppet. He seems genuine. I'll probably vote for him simply because voting for the lesser of two evils is still voting for evil, and I don't think he is.
Vote for Ron Paul

Its like this, I see so many people in my state California so burnt up over Illegal immigration, and when the Mexican-Americans fly Mexico's flag etc. They see them as invaders to the United States, which is why they are so ready to take up arms against them. Imagine if they came in rolling down the street in tanks, would we not fight back? You bet we would.
Un4given1988 4 years ago
I find it amazing that you made that comparison. Islam is an ideology, like freedom to us. The Middle East (in general) could care less if we came in tanks or paper airplanes. They object to our way of life. We are fighting a minority set on suicidal jihad that have a majority support, not a country with a flag, much less a tank.

What makes you think we have the right to go around the world telling everyone how to run their business? Even if we had moral authority, we CANT AFFORD IT. We are printing money barely faster than we spend it.
gwhayden3 4 years ago 3
Ever wonder why we are the only ones to have ever used atomic weapons on another country, but yet we seem to think we are the only ones that can be trusted with them. We think no one else should have them. We go to wars to prevent others from having them. We are so good and holier than thou, we get to decide who has what weapons.
gwhayden3 4 years ago
We have been a Republic or Union for 220 years and we have been at war more years than not-1st revolution, mexican, 1812, native americans, 2nd revolution or war for southern independence, spanish american, korea, vietnam, first gulf, afganistan, iraq, WW1 and WW2 and others. Wake up and study real history instead of the propaganda you are being programed to believe.
gwhayden3 4 years ago
Programmed to believe what? And from whom? I am beginning to think all you RP supporters need Rx for rabies. I love your passion, but you need a better cause and candidate.
dyamarick 4 years ago
Our education system does teach a certain version of history and you know that. The whole notion of our being a Republic of Independent States is a concept that is completely lost. Indivdual liberties are being destroyed with environmentalism and "security" as excuses, and the winners of wars always get to write the history books. Surely you know that. No conspiracy, just a fact and a perspective that is pushed today and you know it.
gwhayden3 4 years ago
Just a fact...ok. Best wishes for a good 2008.
dyamarick 4 years ago
No, Ron Paul is not ALL RIGHT about everything, nor are his supporters, but when you find a candidate with which you agree, you tend to support that candidate with passion and furvor. When you are passionate about a cause (like the Constitution) and a candidate that you are excited about, it does not make you a crazed fanatic.
gwhayden3 4 years ago
If you look at the Paul responses, they are crazed. Fortunately IMHO the supporters are not in the majority.

Ron Paul is the most intelligent, well-informed, historically literate, exciting constitutionalist since Barry Goldwater!
gwhayden3 4 years ago 4
Was Goldwater an isolantist?
dyamarick 4 years ago
Ron Paul is not an isolationist because he believes in commerce, negotiations, trade, etc, with all, just no entagling alliances, foreign aid etc. with them. My comparison to Goldwater is mostly becuase they two of them actually understand the constitution. Do you realize that a lot of law schools no longer require a course in constitutional law to fulfill requirements for graduation and certification?

RP "I think we should be on the side of neutralitiy..." This is in response to the question "should we be on the side of Israel.
As a super-power,We are not able to be Switzerland. RP has the wrong country.
dyamarick 4 years ago
That's exactly what you have been taught for the past few decades. We seem to think we should be an empire, nation-building, like the UK had with India, American colonies, Canada, South Africa, etc. We were never intened to be an empire, exporting democracy, we are supposed to be a Republic of 50 sovereign states. If France or Canada can simply exist and go about their business, why can't we? Why do we think we have to be the world's policemen?
gwhayden3 4 years ago
Wake up. We are not doing colonization. We don't grab real estate or demand taxes. Although I like to joke about taking Mexico as we seem to have their people without the land. France and Canada do their things precisely because we do ours. They wouldn't exist without us.
dyamarick 4 years ago
It is merchantilism. No we do not ask for taxes per se, but we are trying to force the world into our idea of what it should be. This is WRONG. When will our stupid public realize that FORCING our way on others is WRONG. It is wrong, it is wrong, it is wrong.
gwhayden3 4 years ago
Democracy is wrong, freedom is wrong, assistance to the oppressed is wrong, eliminating threats to life is wrong,
American is wrong. Everybody is wrong except Ron Paul supporters.
dyamarick 4 years ago
I am not even sure you know what the definitions of the terms you use. Yes, democracy is bad. Freedom is not wrong. Liberty is the root word for libertarian-the ticket that RP ran on for president before. "Eliminating threats," as you call it, is wrong when it causes more problems than were there in the first place.
gwhayden3 4 years ago
Well, I am sure there is much I don't understand. But I'm on to you friend.
dyamarick 4 years ago
Please understand INVADING other lands (especially if we are wrong about our reasons-WMD's-what a joke, in a pre-ememptive war) is WRONG. Pre-emptive! Do you understand we invaded a land because we THOUGHT they might be trouble later. Japan attacked us to bring us into WWII, Britain attached us in 1812, but Iraq DID NOT ever attack us! So, we should go around invading lands because we THINK they might be trouble. THIS IS SOOOO WRONG.
gwhayden3 4 years ago
Iraq broke the agreements after Desert Storm. But to you, this was right and we were wrong. I love this country. My friend was born in Iraq. We are glad Sadamm and his sons are gone. They had lots of warning.
dyamarick 4 years ago
Iraq drug their feet, the obstructed inspectors, etc., but as we later learned it was not to hide WMD's, it was merely a power-struggle and an ego that said, "we really don't want to telling us what to do-Iraq and (yes and evil Sadamm) wanted to re-assert it's sovereignty. But, the whole world has to answer to us don't they. Have you ever wondered why we (in our mind) are the only ones allowed to have nuclear weapons?
gwhayden3 4 years ago
Not able to be Switzerland? Why not? Why do we think we have to behave this way? Why can't we just stop, stop, stop trying to control the world and make them like us? We cannot afford it. At least the UK was smart enough to figure out they could not be an empire--it costs too much, but we think we can control the world. It is stupid, arrogant and wrong!
gwhayden3 4 years ago
With power comes responsibility. We don't control the world, we desire to control evil and spread freedom, securing freedom. We are the world's first non-imperialist super-power. This is why we cannot be Switzerland. History, if you would learn from it shows us that.
dyamarick 4 years ago

Writing in his independent political newsletter in 1992, Paul commented about black men in the nation's capital. Paul concluded in his column:
"I think we can safely assume that 95 percent of the black males in that city are semi-criminal or entirely criminal."
metal71 4 years ago
Why do people continue to bring this up? This has been addressed over and over again, he had a newsletter but didn't exclusively write in it. Someone else wrote and that article, they were dealt with as soon as Ron new of the contents of the article. Unlike others he has taken full responsibility since it was his newsletter, even though they weren't his words.
dave11980 4 years ago 4
WRONG -- In the past when he was criticized for it, he said he was MISUNDERSTOOD. Only now, running for President, has the story changed to "those weren't my words". Why wouldn't he have made that claim the past 15 years?
metal71 4 years ago
metal71: that's not quite true, he already stated so in 2001. Long before he was running for President. Neither of us can be quite sure as to whether or not he wrote the newsletter. I personally am convinced he's speaking the god honest truth, mostly because the language used in the newsletter doesn't resemble his own (and his voting record actually contradicts statements made in the newsletter).
brucevdk 4 years ago
No, it *IS* true. Again, the facts are simple - when confronted about his statements in the 90's, Paul DEFENDED them. Only recently (as a Presidential candidate), has Ron Paul tried to pin those statements on other people. He's busted. Fine. Take him or leave him on that merit (or lack thereof), but don't try to re-write history. We all know some people will vote for him BECAUSE of these statements. Not me.
metal71 4 years ago
metal71: repeating it doesn't make it true, it is correct that he initially didn't deny writing the article but he retracted this in 2001 (yes, that's right 2001).
