Yep, it's 1/4 inch line that flows water through a .005" gap around the nozzle. Sealed on one end with RTV gasket and the other with an O-ring. The water is just dumped.
The cooler was actually the first thing I designed here, and it worked perfectly. Water comes out hot, but nowhere near boiling, and the igniter can be run in much shorter succession.
Good progress, there. How'd you do your water cooling? -it looks like you have a couple hoses/tubes at the lower left.
