You're PROBABLY not going to find a puppy that price, unless there's something wrong with it. You need to research the costs of raising a puppy/dog if you really need to cut back on money that much. Also research what makes a good breeder, and what signs show that a puppy is healthy before you commit to buying one.

I used to want a German Shepherd, so I was researching it just to have a better understanding of the price, and a lot of them are over $1,000. If you need to save money buying the dog, are you sure you'll be able to afford a dog at all? Vet bills are about $1,000 per year, and might be more if you have a puppy who needs to be spayed/neutered plus get vaccinated.

Their coats start to change color in a few weeks. By 7 weeks they are black/tan or black/grey. Their ears will take a couple of months to stand up completely.

german shepherd puppies are amazing! mine is now grown up shes 5, 6 in aug & shes PERFECT Im looking after my friends dog at the mo & it's a 9 year old dalmatian and my god he isn't a patch on evie,my dog trust me if your gona get a puppy get a GSD they are truly incredible dogs, they can be very hyper when young but now evie gets hyper when I want her 2 she's so intelligent I've had 2 GSD one I rescued from the RSPCA but sadly died from a tumour we had her for 18 months so we got a puppy!
