It's funny, sometimes, how I think. I always say I don't believe in nationalized health care but I notice every time I get sick I still demand free service. I'll never pay a hospital bill because I can't afford $400 aspirin and $10,000 x-rays. I would definitely have insurance if it didn't take more than 80% of what I made each month. Yes, seriously. On top of that, there is a $6,000 deductible annnnd a co-pay. I'm fucked if I ever need any kind of preventive care.

Dual citizenship friend was on waiting list for Canadian prostate operation. Cancer was fast growing, he was 40, Died before even got anywhere near the top of list. Nice Universal system, weeds out the weak.? Many Canadian Doctors and professional healthcare workers come to USA to work in any system that pays more. Causes a shortage of Dr's in Canada. Result, waiting lists for Dr's and facilities. Solution not simple as most people think. Remove Tort law Parasitic Drag for a start? DaFlikkers
