X is more versatile and can take out ppl with lots of weapons and upgrades, while Zero is strong as crap and has a easier time surviving since he area damage is bigger

I think this battle is kinda unfair for those who want to play as zero

X uses the ultimate armor of x4 and he's able to use 8 different desperate attacks while when you fight zero, it's normal zero and between zero and zero nightmare from x6 there isn't that much difference and he's a lot easier than x

Also zero only has 1 desperate attack/giga attack and is easy to evade it

To get the armors the long way, just go to that stage and find a long hole that has a secret room to the right side.

i never knew you could fight ultimate x if you were black zero! i've had MMX5 since it first came out (plus x collection) and i didn't know that hahaha but i always loved how you fought the X4 version. even the way he charges up and his attacks, it's such a smooth reference. x4 hinted that the two would fight, but X5 was originally meant as the last X game, what with zero's "death" and multiple endings.

actually its not, there was no problem with the ultimate armor, technically the armor wasn't suppose to exist in X4. the force armor which you are given at default in X5 was the original armor set for X4. the debug your talking about is the falcon armor for X6

No, I am talking about the Ultimate Armor's X4version. As the Fourth Armor could have been repaired by Alia, so the Ultimate Armor X4 Form. But the Soul Body is different, I'm supposing it is another thing what Alia wasn't able to debug correctly. As you can see, the Fourth Armor X5 Form also has a bug - the missing Nova Strike and automatically uses the Plasma Shot.

i don't believe its a bug, its a huge difference in terms of story line of the ultimate armor to any other armor X uses, i believe simply that Dr.Light uses these regular armors to have X be prepared to use to the ultimate armor

hard to say, i believe by X6 he is prepared and that ultimate armor can be used whenever X feels like, however since its such a large responsibility i believe that is why dr.light continues to give him these regular armors. X is still a pacifist and using the ultimate armor i believe is a last resort as the power difference is of course great, supposably that it fully unlocks X's unlimited potential
