  • I AM A VIRGIN

  • Sorry but Mairead is the original Celtic Woman. She has more spirit than any of the others. She was the first and the others try to imitate.

  • Maith a' cailin thu, Meav!

  • the best version of this song! love her voice!

  • check also the version of omnia

  • I love this vidio. The Celtic Woman version is great, and sounds like what it's supposed to be,a concert version of a great song by a trained singer. This version sounds like a great group that went to the pub, ordered a pint, opened their insturment cases ans said"lets have a great time singing the old songs".I love the folksy sound.

  • LOVE IT! Very beautiful music.

  • She's such an angel... That has to be a tough song to sing, as well....

  • What ever happened with the seaweed?

Did they actually tie the knot or what? What did the parents think?

  • Waren mal unsere Kiltie-Vorbilder^^ hehe =) Haben schon einige songs nachgespielt^^

  • I LOVE MAIREAD

  • We learnt this song at the Gaeltacht!!!

    Gaeilge go deo!!! :)

    Also see Celtic woman's version!!!

  • Yeah, I like their version better. This one is one of the best I've seen though!

  • Dúlamán na binne buí, dúlamán Gaelach

Seaweed from the yellow cliff, Irish seaweed

Dúlamán na farraige, b'fhearr a bhí in Éirinn

Seaweed from the ocean, the best in all of Ireland

  • I NEED MAIREAD TO LOVE ME

  • celtic woman is the best that sings this song

  • @sunrise982 I was gonna write the same thing, Méav is totally awesome!

However, I like this version too, it sounds more folk.

  • @sunrise982 I agree that Celtic Woman's version is beautiful and I LOVE listening to and watching them (especially Meav!), but this is the traditional version of "Dulaman"...Celtic Woman's version is just an arrangement.

  • best song it way better than that celtic person

  • not my fav performance here...... listen to Celtic women version...Meav is amazing

  • This is closer to how it was supposed to sound though I like her interpretation as well

  • oh... thank you :)

  • My grandma taught me this song along time ago, she emigrated from Dublin. So I sort of got it from the source. LOL

  • People should listen more to Irish music and the world would be a much better place.

  • Mouse: Profound and true.

  • I totally agree.

  • Even a Finn agrees to that whole-heartedly! :D

  • beautiful language

  • Shouldn't that be

    Tá sí go hálainn...

She is beautiful (I think you wrote He is beautiful)

  • Never mind, I just realized you wrote "It is beautiful". That's what I get for asking questions :)

  • Ta se go halainn.....

  • one of my favorite songs and LIVE!!!

  • Excellent live version where we admire the talented singer/fiddler Mairead Ní Mhaonaigh ! Phalaina
