  • the title of the song.......

    pls.. post it...

  • This could be a winning routine! I liked it very much. More hip action and staccato, please, from the girl. Very constructive comments have been left by other commentators who have obviously been through all this before and know what they are talking about: reassuring that people care for our young dancers.

  • very good :) maybe just work on the posture and the connection. love the routine.

and the step ARE beginners... because i used them before in my comps

  • this is not a beginer chacha

  • hey u guys are pretty gd for beginners. a few things though, i noticed ur connection is a little weak through the guys left arm nd the girls right, wbefore u start dancing take hold of this hand, stand with ur feet together and lean forwards towards each other slightly, u shld feel a tension, u need to keep this through ur dance, dont let either partner pull the hands either way, this makes ur turns etc much easier to lead:). but u guys r gd, keep up the gd work:)

  • Very nice. Dance more and you'll be even better.

Good luck and don't stop to dance. I stopped to dance 10 years ago and it's so hard to be as good as I was before.

My problem are hands. I don't know what to do.

  • so cool sia....HARD steps and HARD techniques WOWOWOWOW!

  • Before I forget, could you please mail me the name of the song (trough YouTube)? It's such a great rhythm :)

  • Hey Roberto thanks for the comments! As for the song, we were using a public facility and we don't have the song, so sorry about it.=(

  • @KingxArgent It's Aqua de beber, I don't know the artist..

  • - Hips are extremely important too. Try to mix it in your steps. It's more fun and looks great!

    - Your hands (both male and female) are very elegant and sexy. Try to keep it and use the hands in a more fluelent way. Like a wave ;) watch at some flamenco-dansers, it's beautiful.

Ok, that's it. xD Keep on the great work, you two are very beautiful together and hope you keep dancing!

Love it, with your whole heart and soul (and feet xD)

    Kindest Regards,

    Roberto

  • - Second, the male footwork is very good, but the girl needs to improve hers. Try streching the legs, it is VERY important! It looks great, but then it will look even better.

    - Your face is very important in dancing. Like I said before, it's like acting. For example, when you do the new-yorker, your face have to look like "Wow". The expression is one of the keys of latin, always remember that.

    - more to come -

  • As a beginner for 3 years, you do very well.

But there is always room for some improvement :)

    - First, try to dance as a couple, not as 2 single people. When the male and female dancers combine, it gives an explosion and makes the dance divine. If you do the steps synchro (= the same), then it will be alot better. Also, eyecontact is very important. Dancing is like acting and cha cha cha needs some erotic / passion-flavour.

  • I did practically that same routine in the UK when I was seven or eight. I stopped for five years and have been dancing again for over a year now I am eighteen. You are better there than I am now! I am jealous.

  • You labeled this cha cha beginner, so I guess you mean Bronze syllabus competition entry heat. The leader is using Silver level foot work with slip chasse and hip twist which is not allowed in Bronze.

  • Yep you are pretty good for beginners. Remember that the legs in cha cha are straight and try to move your hips more. Also you as partners need to connect during the dance otherwise it looks like two robots dancing. You should both put a bit more passion into the dance and with all the comments above you will deffinatly shine on the dancefloor!!! good luck :-)

  • The lady should caress the floor while dancing the cha cha and so should the gentleman. You should both be more precise on the rythm..do not dance equal steps.. 1,2,threeeeee cha cha(very quick and precise, straight legs, caress the floor).Furthermore, you should work on your hip action.(mostly the gentleman)And don't forget the most important thing: REMEMBER YOU LOVE TO DANCE! Good luck!

  • my 1st latin competition coming up! hope i can do as well as u.. i'm so suckie! sobs!

  • oh been ard 3 yrs =)

  • good for beginners!! would put u higher than begginers in that video, i was alot worse than that on my first routine haha x

  • Pretty good for beginners. How long have you been dancing for?
