the human body is far tougher than people think, as a matter of fact it is one of the toughest species on planet earth. i.e. humans can eat practically anything and survive, whereas a bear or tiger has to eat meat to survive, a human can eat laffy taffy and tootsie rolls and be just fine, you give a tiger laffy taffy or a dog, it will probably die from it. and also humans can adapt to any environment, i.e. castaway with Tom Hanks, see that movie.
