  • Oh my goodness!!! I never thought about using a treadmill for this program. I have the app on my iphone!!! Keep saying I will start it next week and next week comes and goes, lol. No way I can jog yet, LOL..but I was planning on doing a walk for the walk part and a brisk walk for the jogging part, LOL. I am not up to no 3 on the treadmill at the gym yet, LOL...but I do need to increase it I think, lol. Thanks for this video..I NEEDED IT!!!

  • great video. I didn't know there was an app for my iTouch. I've just been using podrunner music. I'd love to be able use some actual songs. I'll check out the other site you mentioned too.
