also what codec/app you use to encode video?

i use canopus procoder and the format is H.264 1440x1080i 25fps,the less u change/encoding times from the orginal source the better

1280x720 or 720p is much better for youtube, if you go over 720p it will re-encode again, just saying :P

i beg to differ,youtube will do its own encoding no matter what format you give it..better to give it the best quality possible to downgrade from..if you give it 1280x720 youtube will still re encode it itself anyway
