@wowsux97 It appears that Kevin's "body" on the bed is a fake - prosthetic and it also appears his real head is probably coming up through the pillow. He's probably crouching under the bed with a hole cut through the pillow for his head and the fake body is on the bed being stabbed.

Um no... this scene WAS in the R rated editon, it was just shortened to what you have at 00:20. Also, Jason was not the killer in the first movie... it was his mother. Jason didn't show up untill part 2 and didn't get his hockey mask until part 3.
