I have done watched several of this bands vids with music and there kinda similar to one of my favorite bands which is Rammstein. I'm not Dogging the lmao gothic minister! haa at least rammsteins lyrics is catchy well the Man against man or Mann gegen Mann is sick!

i would say that gothminister is more gothic than deathstars because gothminister has more gothic tunes and deathstars just is industrial metal but dont get more wrong i absolutly love both bands theyre my favourite i listen to gothminister if i want to chill because its alot lighter than deathstars music

so? Sean Brennan from London after midnight has consistently denied that he, and LAM are not gothic. Yet they play gothic rock music, look gothic, and write dark lyrics. Many bands reject labels like this just because they want to stand out but still fall under the category. That's not to say i dislike Deathstars or LAM, i just think it's silly to deny something like that and continue to make music in that style, and dress accordingly.

you just discribed a "poser" just because their dressed in dark style and play proggrasive metal, doesnt make them goth. if a normal guy puts on dark clothes and spikes, and then listen to Gothminister, doesnt make him goth if he think that, he is a poser. if Deathstars say they arent goth, then they arent. you ask then "what is goth"? well you whouldnt understand anyway. but poser and goth is 2 different things. and deathstars are "Death Stars" they made their own style.

but it wasn`t until 1999/2000 that Whiplasher started to create Industrial music. I don´t know how long Gothminister have been around, but just so you know, Whip was into the Trash and Death Meta scene before he created Deathstars!
