  • your panic attacks are the exact same as mine!!!

  • I have anxiety and what works for me is going for a long walk or bike ride in the middle of nowhere that way you are not going to bump into people and it calms me down no end

  • I have had panic attacks for a long time, from an anxiety disorder. I just started taking it, like when i had one, just carried on as if it wasn't happening, more challenging then it sounds. I haven't had one in a while, but the stress it caused made me develop very noticable head twitches. A tip though, i realised that having someone who you can contact, a good friend who you can trust alot to be at the otherside of the phone. So when your having one, you can be reassured everythings fine

  • I don't know if it really counts as an official panic attack but I sometimes just go really quiet in conversations and want to crawl under the floor and get away. All I can do to stop it is stay as calm and quiet as poss in case I freak out (although I dunno what that would be like tbh).

I have about a million allergies and reactions freak me out but I got used to the panic of thinking I'm dying and I just try to get comfortable whatever is happening.

  • i have panic attacks because of weed, i also have OCD and tourettes so dont smoke weed if you suffer with these disorders because they will only get worse in the long run

  • I've been having Anxiety attacks half of my life, Since i started taking Vilift everything changed, i am more calm, relax and more in control.

  • Shut up, Vilift is a scam and you work for the company.

  • in my childhood i had panic attacks at night i felt dying and a heartdisease i was whole night checking with my hand to my chest i my heart was still active very bad.. now never anymore.. is it tourettes things?

  • Hey! I suffer from Social Phobia and tend to avoid social settings with NEW people or big crowds. Things that I have learned that help me are to have a "grounding" person with me at events with crouds...including grocery stores and the like. Deep breathing, walking fast, driving fast, loud music blues or hard rock, singing and photography. These are things that have helped in the past! :)

    You rock!

  • been having panic attacks all my life n have yet 2 find anythin 2 control them, hve bin 2 a million different counsellors n psychiatrists n still the same : ( lol.

dn't like 2 talk bout it cos it gets me anxious and nervous. i end up going 2 hospital a lot with them cos sometimes i find it impossible 2 calm down n convince myself i'm gna hve a heart attack. good that ur tlkin bout it tho : D . only thing that calms me down now is my guinea pig, u shud try n get a pet lol

  • i have panic attacks often

i agree that your fav music helps! aromatherapy actually is probably the most affective relief i have found a mix of lavender, bergamot and chamomile, try it sometime

ps ur guitar playin rocks, as does your beatboxin

  • I've tried some alternative and herbal remedies but I'm yet to try aromatherapy!

    Thanks for the comment!

  • Nothing like a cool face and a silly noise to stop you from panicking :) Next time i feel shit, i'd drop you a message... ;)

Loving your videos and i can totally understand that someone flicking your head would piss you off, i don't know if i would hit them, because i am only very small..lol, but i would certainly have something to say about it.

  • I've had panic attacks for 10 years resulting in agoraphobia. I am yet to find something to help me!

  • They're a horrible thing to have to cope with in life, if there's anything I can do to help, let me know!

  • Do you have a magic wand handy? Its that or a need a fricking miracle :)

  • Haha, no wands I'm afraid. Although I can pull some pretty cool faces and make silly noises? That sometimes helps!

  • I'm hopeless :(

  • How have you been doing? I just thought i'd stop by and check in:) Hope you are doing well. Take Care!!

  • Hello! I've been doing great yeah thanks. Thanks for stopping by, hope everything is okay for you!

  • Btw you know how you say about the tight chest, well i used to get that too when i was anxious (i also have panic attacks), but really the tight chest isn't caused by asthma its just the anxiety. Also exercise(like something that really gets you out of breath) is great for helping.

  • Cool, thanks a lot! =)

  • Anyone have inner ear problems? Here's a suggestion: Get the book "Phobia Free" by Harold N. Levinson. get it used on amazon or from the library for I have no financial interest in Levinson's work, just an emotional one. The book saved my life. Panic free for 16 years from a simple inner-ear medication called meclizine. Get your inner-ears checked, thoroughly. Write me on youtube, I'll send links to 13 medical studies on pub-med showing link between panic/agor and inner ear problems.

  • i get bad panic attacks. and after i get pain in my kidenys. but it just the stress on your body from the panic attacks. so if anybody feels pain after one. its normal. i had a maybe a 1000 panic attacks in 6 years nothing bad has ever happen to me. just breathe and sit down.

  • (continued from previous post)

For my crazy thoughts and fear of losing it or dying I try to focus on something else. Maybe call a friend and chat or watch a movie. When it happens at work I try to focus my full attention to that.

I see that you like to play the guitar. Thats a good way to release tension.

Hope I helped you and others a bit. It's nice to know I'm not the only one out there. And I pray that someday we will be able to overcome this.

  • You've certainly helped, and I'll definitely be trying out what you said to see if it works for me. I hope we can both overcome it, thanks again!

  • I totally understand what you are going through. Panic/Anxiety attacks affect me everyday. When I get the sensation that I can't breathe I drink some cold water. This has been proven to help because when you feel like you can't breathe there is acually too much oxygen in your body. Drinking fluids helps slow down breathing, bring carbon dioxide levels up in the blood. And it's cool/refreshing. When I have adrenaline pumpin like mad through me I go for a walk. This helps to burn it up a bit.

  • Wow thanks a lot =) I'll definitely be trying that next time, cheers!

  • I've been having severe panic attacks since i was about 18. This sounds soooo weird.. (i know i'm a freak) but when i have one.. i like to lay down on the bathroom tiles.. they're so cold.. it snaps me out of it. And i know my attack are completely mental.. i'm so embarrassed i told you this hehe.. PS: <3

  • Really enjoyed this video.

I've got them since I was about 12 myself, horrible thing to have. Time has healed it I think though. Well, not healed - but I'm a little bit more logical with it all.

I like to 'pace' along a room, and start to get slower and slower and slower. However mad it sounds, as you slow down your panic attack does aswell. That, listening to music, talking to someone all helps me a bit.

Good luck mate, you talk alot of sense there.

  • Thanks a lot mate, it's always reassuring when someone else can relate and understand. And thanks for suscribing!

  • ...Sam, are you not wearing pants?! This is raceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey! OW OW!

  • I take them as well...A bad one makes my epiglottis seal over my trachea and I can't breath either in or out, like you I've to think about "STUFF" totally unrelated to what caused it in the first place..I'll write you a note check mail on why it started, its pretty sad and funny at the same time
