if you want to get to fun track before you unlock it in career mode, you have to do the crazy legs superman glitch to get over. You will probably either land on road, grass, in mega compound or in fun track on one of the large ramps. Make sure you place a marker where you first glitched. To get up the ramps, just hold the push button (X, for ps3 and probably for xbox as well) until you get up and place a marker there if you need to start again.
