  • It's the T-Virus! Run for your lives or kill them with FIRE!!!!!

  • i think it's interesting to show this in a science class.

  • That is so blooyd unnerving...

  • Will how this happens is actually simple. I took a class at the University of Hogwarts and this was one of the demonstrations that they presented in my biology class. Basically what happens is that when frogs die they release a chemical called black magic. This chemical is found in the majority of muscle cells upon death. When salt is placed on the legs, The salt enters the cells and disturbs the black magic, causing violent and random motion

  • All animals have electricity in them when they r dead or alive so if you put them on medel and cut them open they would twitch

  • dafaq did i just watch?

  • سبحان الله ما حرم ربي شي عبث...

  • Sb7aaN dJJl

  • Will it work with humans too?

  • That is crazy.

  • fucking sadist

  • @gamellenlikker What is sadistic about this video? Frogs legs is a delicacy. 9 times out of 10 their eaten with salt. This happens daily. Just because You don't like it, doesn't make it sadistic. I bet a lion plays with its food a little too.

  • would make a great prank

  • This is so fucking freaky.

  • I FIND THIS VERY HARD TO MASTURBATE TO

  • factsandchicks brought me here

  • @Mandralan i know what you're talking about but i don't know his name...mind telling me?

  • @totheedgeoflife that was in the warner brothers cartoon "one froggy evening" with michigan j frog

  • This is because the pepsin of a salt, that is MgSO4 and pottasium is mixed in SALT which leads to....... ah nevermind, THIS IS FUCKING AWESOME!

  • When the legs started flexing buttcheeks that when the real laughing began

  • i threw some salt at a women and she twitched too. true story.

  • tumblr

  • I guess this has to do with the ion channels in the nerves, which causes signals to be sent to the leg muscles, who then are able to use unused ATP to contract a bit?

  • Bloody Hell Harry that was not funny!

  • PROTIP:

Dead frogs' legs can shake when sprinkled with salt. The key is the frog legs must be fresh and skinned. The cells in the frog are still intact and the biochemical machinery still works.

The cells contain unused ATP which is a coenzyme found in all organisms and used as an energy carrier. The muscle only needs an activator to release the ATP stored in the cells to make them contract or relax.

There is a limited amount of ATP stored in the cells, mind you, so the movement will end.

  • Finally; a boner caused by YouTube content I can be proud of.

  • I find it hard to masturbate to this

  • This is so disgusting

  • This is why I don't eat things that look anything like what they used to be.

  • Fuck it im eating wegies...

  • Miras las ranas que salás!

  • .......You gonna eat those?

  • Good way to scare the hell out of someone in the kitchen passing by

  • Crazy frog: the end

  • DAFUQ?!?

  • "everyday im hustlin"

  • question how?

  • ZOOOOOMMMMMMBBBBIIIIESSSSSSSS

  • heiuwbfkjs mneeeeeeeh D: o_O

  • sodium isn't a neurotransmitter... it has to do with movement of sodium through ion channels as a result of high sodium content outside of neuronal cells (it basically screws up the concentration gradient). sodium will rush in, depolarizing the cell which then allows acetylcholine (the neurotransmitter) to be release onto the muscles. the neurotransmitter binds receptors on the cell, depolarizing the muscle cell (by calcium influx). the muscle then contracts (by a long list of other mechanisms.

  • @120cc0 interesting.

  • @120cc0 haha do you know this kind of shit from the top of your head, or did you look this up?

  • @120cc0 that has got to be ,without fear of contradiction 'THE' Best comment i've ever read on you tube !!!! Sterling work X

  • @120cc0 Biology is so much fun.

  • @120cc0 are you...albert einstein?

  • @120cc0 Can you explain that in stupid people terms, please? XD

  • @120cc0 Where the hell were you when I was in high school. -__-

  • neural movement receptors use sodium as a neurotransmitter. salt is sodium chloride, so it triggers the mechanism that makes the muscles move.

It's not exactly sodium i think, it may have to do with ions of some sort. but basically the idea is this.

  • Necromancy!

  • sweet jeezus!!!! O_O

  • don't let peta find out!!!

  • Just wait till they take an arrow to the knee.

  • yum...

  • T-Virus.

  • I used to move my legs, then I took an arrow in the knee.

  • bellissimo!!!

  • @cicciopanza2005 Are you insane?

  • @TehCreepers perchè??

  • "Hello, my baby! Hello, my honey! Hello, my ragtime gal!

Send me a kiss by wire! Baby, my heart's on fire!

If you refuse me, honey, you'll lose me.

    Then you'll be left alone.

Oh, baby, telephone and tell me I'm your own!!!!"

  • @sushdart english?

  • i don't think it is really wierd, as we know salt is NaCl, and Na ions are part of the nerve cells, when they are in a bigger number than th other ions they send signals to the muscles....at least thats how i explain it

  • ZOMBIES? XD

  • i saw this on OMGFacts. lool

  • Fuck my brain!!!!

  • Wheres the fucking music?

  • this is really just ew....but still I pressed the like button, what is wrong with me?!?!

  • now I creep out to eat frog legs again!!!

seriously that's nasty and creepy o.e

  • Thas nasty

  • ew thats so creepy i would never eat that

  • drop kick him

  • u'll be like them some days..

  • salt makes ur muscles contract so thts y the legs move :)

  • Id rather see them moving while they are alive instead of this..

  • Wowww, you guys are hilarious. This is NOT animal abuse, torture, whatever you call it. These are LEGS of a FROG. The frog is most likely dead by now, therefore it is not torturing anything. But really this is hilarious x)

  • Im at that weird part of youtube again..

    ಠ-ಠ

  • @mateov1995 That comment has become as common (atleast to me) as arrow to the knee comments seriously its the internet what do u expect

  • FUCKING EWW

  • Omgfacts brought me here ;D

  • Animal Abuse :S So i can just kill a baby and eat it and its fine too i guess :) with salt of course

  • @international4life1 wow ur stupid

  • @xspyx wow you cant spell and you're an asshole :)

  • i'm guessing you're a pussy considering you dont eat any meat at all. do you even have an asshole?

  • @international4life1 animal abuse...on a dead frog? right. yeah, you're really stupid.

  • NOm NOm NOM btw Omg-Facts sent me here!

  • I'm french, and I would never eat something like this

  • youre fucking disgusting for intentionally killing frogs and then taking their legs -_-

  • @iamsuperrandom what? people eat frogs legs every day.

  • @mikel92 its gross and wrong

  • @iamsuperrandom you probrably eat meat every day....

  • @empoleon002 doesnt matter. its not the same.THIS is an amphibian. not a cow.

  • @iamsuperrandom

but a cow is a MAMMAL

    stop being such a hypocrite

    an animal is an animal

  • @guyofred nope, not being a hypocrite. theres a difference between an amphibian and a mammal, dumbass.

  • @iamsuperrandom theyre both animals

why is killing frogs animal abuse but killings cow arent

  • that s LITTLE salt?

  • OMG Facts.

  • somebody explain this? what happens if you pour an excessive amount of salt on them? do they get up and walk around too? lol

  • @killer2611 terminology's probably off as hell, but the brain sends messages to the body to move by using electrical pulses sent through nerves. a coenzyme called ATP helps move this energy around. skinning a newly dead frog exposes some of these nerves, and there's still some ATP lying around. table salt, also known as sodium chloride, can split into ions in a liquid. these ions knock the ATP into motion, making the frog move.

  • Jesus Christ how horrifying.

  • it's cool and disturbing at the same time

  • "hello my baby hello my honey" xD

  • EPICNESS!

  • BLOODY PORN CHRISTIAN ARE THE HUMAN WORSHIPER KILLERS OF THE TRUE BELIEVER! SO YOU TEACH HUMAN TO WORSHIP A HUMAN! YOU HAVE TO ANSWER FOR YOUR SATANIC TEACHING! GOD LOVES THEM WHO WORSHIP HIM ONLY! CHRISTIAN! YOU ARE DEALING WITH THE CREATOR OF WORLDS WHERE ANIMALS EAT EACH OTHER ALIVE!

➊DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH PAIN HIS SYSTEM PRODUCE?

    ➋CAN YOU CHANGE HIS SYSTEM?

➌CAN YOU HATE YOUR CREATOR FOR THAT SYSTEM?

KILLING POWER THAT YOU ARE USING AGAINST ISLAM, HE WILL APPLY ON YOU IN HELL

  • @tanzilize Forever alone.

  • @tanzilize too bad hell isn't real

  • That is like way freaky. I know body parts can still move after death but to see the salt be the trigger, wow.

  • You need some music playing with this!

  • cramp?

  • @Spongling Yes I would 'Flip Out' because I actaully care about animals and life. Im not the fucking idiot here, you are. Especially when you go on youtube and insult people over and over again. Ass hole.

  • How the F*ck did i get here again???? Damn...!!!

  • You should serve that up so someone and be like.. ''want some salt with that? lol

  • okayy...

    1. thats gross

    2.thats sadd

    3. thats kinda funny

  • hey its lmfao

  • Why do they twitch

  • @oO360FanOo the nerves in the muscle must be still active, and reacting to the salt

  • Chinese food mmm...

  • 205 people say its fake...690 say it real

  • thats sooo cool

  • Damn, nature u freaky!

  • iiiuuu and its still moving!!!!!!!!! Grosss!!!!

  • TORTURE! btw does anyone else think those "things" look like Alien hands? O.O

  • @range911kill Not torture, the frog is dead and gone. You can only torture the living. Personally, I've never seen alien's hands.

  • "I just invented magic salt!"

    *sees this video*

"I just found and advert for it!"

  • omg freakinng magic

  • It's...IT'S ALIVE!

  • its zombie frogs!

  • WT F ARE YOU CRAZY

  • Comment removed

  • Dr Frankenstein! :D

  • Explanation:

    the salt contracted the tendons,

    causing these "dancing" movements

  • @Gavinswildlifemarbls at least someone understands thanks !

  • you ought to be ashame. still laugh... what if people cut your leg and they did that to u?

  • @rachaelsib I think if that happened, the last thing he'd be concerned with is what was going on with his leg that was no longer attached.

  • O_o i've a feeling it's probably due to some cellular response to salt (like maybe plasmolysis of cells cause the legs to move), but I'm not sure. kinda baffled me.

  • EWWW thumbs uo^ if u agree

  • How come it's still twitching?

  • feelin salty.lol

  • The wierdest boner...
