@Lightmane321 i figured it out now, when he put splinter twin on the exarch, it gives him a copy which lets him untap the exarch and get another copy..and so on, and all of the copies have haste.

Someone telling the other person they misplayed in a polite way is, well, polite. it would be rude if he made fun of him for it or laughed at him for it or something
