you really shouldn't hold the curling iron on one strand of hair for so long. always make sure you use a heat defense spray and don't use a high heat setting if you got thin hair or hair that styles easily. think about the split ends...Jheeez .

this is totaly wrong, he makes the mistake most people would make.

just brush the hair and past half way let the brush stick in the hair and shape and twist the brush when you pull it out, several in te same direction and repeat taking several seperations together so you create the harmony and maybe pin together to cool but not to much or it will look as if you pined it together
