@ssadriank prob, but itd be alot of work to put back on. i do know that that fastback hardtop has a removeable trunk lid. so all in all. itd be a difficult process

@pinoyALLmotorEVOIXMR its actually $2200 just for the fastback. then $1300 for the body kit, $480 for the hood. and the wing is an APR, looks like the GTC200 wing which is $749.00 so thats $4730 BEFORE at least $1500 in shipping. and thats not even counting those wheels. which are easily over 1k. but it is worth every penny. that car is pure sex.

@nytodie find a cheap miata with the motor blown in it; then replace the blown engine with a 327 small block chevy or 350 small block. add a few after markets. body kit. and some nice paint and it will blow vipers off the road.

p.s i actually like rotary, i think its clever and produces good power, if money was no object and i had loads of time id do a 13b conversion... but i dont and at the moment i want reliability, mx5's arnt about sheer power anyway

maybe its because i prefer an engine that dosnt do about 10mpg, or require new rotars and a rebuild every 6000 miles, or just lose compresion suddenly, or flood all the time... oh and rotary engines have more rules and regulations than strip clubs that you have to follow just so your car can start the next morning :/ i used to work for mazda, 4 rotary engine replacements in a month
